Cancellation Policy
We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule. You will be charged for all visits without proper notice of cancellation.
Ocala Pet Sitting does not issue refunds, only credits towards future services.
Packaged visits will be charged or credited to the package based on the cancellation notice dates below. Packaged visits do not expire.
Single-purchased visits (non-packaged) credits must be used within one year from cancellation.
Non-Holiday Bookings:

Over 2+ days:

Cancellation of services over 2 days from the first visit will be credited 100% towards future services.

100% non-refundable, no credits.

Cancellation of services over 14 days from the first visit will be credited 100% towards future services.

A visit is not considered fully confirmed until payment has been made.
Non-Holiday Bookings:

30 Days before 1st visit: Due in Full

23 days before 1st visit: removed from our schedule
Holiday Bookings:

45 Days before 1st Visit: Due in Full

38 Days: removed from our schedule
Rescheduling:
Same-day rescheduling or adding visits will incur an admin fee.
Payment Options

Credit & Debit cards can be used through a secure link at the bottom of your invoices, which are emailed to you and can also be found in your portal menu.

If you plan to pay via check, payment must be received 30 days before your travel date. Please send the check to Ocala Pet Sitting LLC at 8839 SW 66th Ter, Ocala, FL 34476.

Post Dated checks are not accepted and may be returned to you, and your visits are left unsecured.
Visit Minimums for Vacations

Cats & Small Critters: Minimum 1 visit per day

Dogs: Minimum 3 visits per day, or Overnight Care

What visit length is right for you will be discussed and determined at our New Client Consultation. We charge for our time, not per pet.
Additional Fees:
Holiday Fee: $10 per visit
Charged on Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Memorial Day Weekend (Fri-Mon), Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend (Fri-Mon), Thanksgiving Week (Wed-Sun), Spring Break Week (Marion County Schools Schedule), Winter Break (2nd Friday in December through New Year's Day).
Additional Clean-up Fee: $30 (First box, $20 for each additional box)
If we arrive and your cat's litter box smells of ammonia or is full of more than 24 hours' worth of cat waste, there will be a fee to clean the box and start fresh.
Last Minute Booking Fee: $25 per booking
We want to say yes and accommodate as many bookings as possible. Our schedules are often set many weeks or months in advance. This fee will be charged for bookings with less than 24 hours' notice if we can accommodate them.
