Cat Sitter & Small Animal Caregiver (Part-time Position)

Responsibilities:

​

Vacation Pet Sitter: Employees should be available to work a variety of visits scheduled within these time blocks.

• Morning breakfast visits: 8-11a

• "Anytime" 1x day visits: 8a - 8p

• Evening dinner visits: 4-8p

Requirements | Employees Must:

​

• Live in our service area. ( 34476, 34474, 34481, 34473, 34482, and 34471.)

• Be physically fit and able to work and commute in all types of weather (this is a VERY active position that requires a lot of cleaning of litter boxes, floors, bowls, and floors, and we show up in all types of weather.)

• Have access to a reliable vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license.

• Be 100% reliable (Ocala Pet Sitting sitters do their best to cover in cases of emergencies, but this is not a job where "calling out sick" is tolerated, as the pets in your care depend on you. We NEVER miss a visit.)

• Have the ability to communicate effectively with Ocala Pet Sitting, fellow employees, and clients by returning emails, phone calls, and text messages promptly. (This job is about relationships with people as much as pets.)

• Be able to provide professional references.

• Provide a current and clean background check to Ocala Pet Sitting.

• Willing to commit for at least six months.
